Bow Tie Pasta #MeatlessMonday
How has your summer been going? Gosh can you believe it’s almost August? That’s crazy – soon the kids will be heading back to school and life will return to (almost!) normal, right? 😀
I love the summer time – it’s full of hot summer days and warm summer nights. Fun pool parties, cookouts and barbecues! I’m thinking your summer must be pretty much the same, right?
That’s why it is a perfect time for an easy pasta salad – Bowl Tie Pasta Salad is truly a favorite in our home! It’s always one of the first things gone at a potluck too.
You can see why right? 😀
This salad is super easy, mega delicious and one of the most favorite salads on the blog!
It’s very easy – you’ll start by boiling the pasta. Drain well and allow it to cool.
Next just chop the vegetables – green onion, peppers, cherry tomatoes and add them to the pasta.
Other great additions are cucumber, roasted red bell peppers and artichoke hearts.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Sprinkle with the salad seasoning and add the salad dressing. Mix to combine well again. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
Crunchy with lots of delicious Italian seasonings, it’s perfect for a cookout!
This comes together super quick! Allowing it to refrigerate several hours (or overnight) will bring the flavors together.
Bow Tie Pasta Salad is pure pasta deliciousness!
