Happy Monday Friends…….

I want to share a book with you that I read last year  and just re read this year. As we get going on our New Years plans and resolutions it is good to take inventory of where we are and where we want to be.
 
 
Miracle Morning is a very short read, and available on audio books too.
The premise of the book is to put time into getting up earlier than you have to, and implementing the SAVERS.
 
Silence
Affirmations
Visualization
Exercise
Reading
Scribing (meaning journaling or writing)
 
Sounds easy! Right?
 
Set your goals and write them down!
 
Just wake up 30-60 minutes earlier than you currently do.
Several well known authors and guru’s have put this into action and have said it changed their life by 200-400%.
I’m good enough and I’m smart enough!
 
I have the exercise part down! I am at the gym every morning for at least an hour.
 
The reading part? If I put on audible in the car….YES!
 
Silence? It is so hard to make the time to sit in silence, when I have so much to do.
 
I am committing to putting this whole process into gear. Starting today!
I made it to the gym, I read, I sat in silence for 90 seconds ( it counts)
I have read for 5 minutes and made time for scribing  with my last 5 minutes.
Writing down and scheduling times helps make you more accountable.
 
I can’t wait to update my peeps with my progress in 30 days!
