POWER OF A LETTER

Dear Seller, please allow me to tell you a little about myself and my adorable children, and why we need to live in this neighborhood. You see our dog scruffy loves the park across the street.

The boys are walking distance to “best Elementary school” and it is very important to me to keep this continuity while going through a divorce and caring for my mother who is undergoing chemo.

Our story was not ridiculous. But, we did have a great letter about a single dad and some photos of his adorable children and a reason why he needed to stay in this particular neighborhood.

While out showing property, this home received a price reduction

This home was priced at 469 and just reduced to 449K.

The home received two offers that afternoon one from my buyer one from another.

After speaking with the agent we determined that an increase in the price of $1000 and the release of the seller covering a home warranty at $620 that I offered to cover instead could be the difference
I’m getting the deal

We quickly changed our offer and had already and included a letter to the seller

I’m happy to report that our buyer is now in contract on this terrific property!
